Chaser:

If Lorraine and Flint had a lick of sense, they’d still own the rights. And it’s because they really shot themselves in the foot. Lorraine, knowing (or so she claimed) that her brother knew nothing about business, what, trusted him to make sure their assets were protected making all the legal stuff was taking care of. And then she walks away lead

leaving it all in his hands.

And then from that, things got much, much, much worse.

The retired litigator in me is presently in a state of shock from the gross stupidity…

I should note that almost as big a sh*t show is Geer and Herman, individually and as a law firm, but that sh*t show wouldn’t have happened without Flint and Lorraine’s incompetence in the first place.

Yep, it really went pear shaped for the Dille family. They had a firm, sold hold on the rights and lost them. A lot of that I put down to the law firm you have mentioned. Was it greed? Was it a case of, "We can get this,"? Who knows?

I didn't reach out to anyone because, frankly, I didn't want any one view clouding the issue. If I was to go further with this - and I doubt highly I ever would - I'd start contacting people. But, given my history with Herman and Geer, the likelihood of them talking to me is nil, and, frankly, I have zero desire to speak to either of them - well, not until they pay ME what they owe me, which they never will (they never paid a cent to me for the book Andru & Esposito: Partners For Life. Instead Herman publicly slandered me and boasted to me, in emails, about how they were never going to pay me. Let's just say, reading his behavior towards Murphy sounded very familar to me, even down the bullshit legal threats in his letters - his to me was along the lines of, 'I live in America, you live in Australia. I'm a a lawyer, you're not. Go ahead and sue me, and if you ever talk about this, I'll sue you.' I'm still waiting).

The Dille kids’ screw ups are the core so the G&H sh*t show is of minimal importance. Any basic competence from the Dille kids and there wouldn’t have been any involvement from G&H. So I’ll leave at this: It takes a real lousy law firm to end up with the conflict of interest they had.

Again as a retired litigator, I’m sussing that a lot their problem was insufficient knowledge necessary to represent the Dilles properly. While a teeny firm in Pennsylvania can know enough to manage the Dilles’, it’s not that likely, even with Herman’s work with Hermes. Smells like a fanboy in over their head.

Obviously, an excess of greed was a factor but the incompetence—arguable malpractice—came first.

As they used to say, a pox on all of them.

There's no mistakes in the posts,. It's all on the record. The documentation is there. Now, I have no idea who you are, but if you want to put you name to your claims, then perhaps I'd take you a bit more seriously.

They did sign stuff over - I have copies of the documentation, with Lorraine's signature on them. I have copies of the copyright and trademark documentation showing, clearly, that the Nowlan family are the owners.

Feel free to put your documentation up against mine, and we'll see where it lands. And put your REAL name to your accusations.

Oh, you are tiresome. Until you can produce evidence to prove your claims, just go away.

The Dillies do not own it. Jesus, how thick are you? Until you can either sign your NAME to your claims, or provide proof, just go away.
