This is a classic. 9 May 1965, Chicago Tribune. Ross Knight and John Guzloiwski, reading some fairly expensive comic books. Both men were part of the Comic Collectors of Chicago (CCC). According to Knight, more than 2,000 people in America collected comic books in 1965. and they probably knew each other.
